Hurricane Milton — Condominium Recovery
A Category 3 hurricane damaged a 12‑unit, oceanfront condominium in Vero Beach, FL. High winds compromised sections of the metal roof, damaged soffits, fascia, gutters, and sliding doors, and caused water intrusion into multiple units.
What We Did
Within days, our team was onsite documenting damages, coordinating with engineering to confirm structural integrity, and delivering an objective scope and price for the carrier.
Result
Scope approved, repairs underway, and the property owner finally has a clear path to full restoration.
