Multi-Tenant Office Building - Winter Water Loss
Following a prolonged freeze, a multi-tenant commercial office building experienced a major water loss impacting multiple suites and common areas. With several tenants affected and business interruption concerns mounting, early coordination and clear scope development were critical.
