What a wild season. We hope everyone had a blessed Christmas and time to recharge. 

At Pro Commercial, we’re gifted with the opportunity to serve adjusters, carriers, and clients across the country. We’re excited to build on our strongest year yet and continue into 2026 with intention - curating the right partners and claims that truly fit our service model. 

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT

Auto Dealership Fire Loss – Midwest 

A large auto dealership suffered a significant fire loss impacting multiple shop and office buildings. With operations spread across several structures, early coordination and scope clarity were critical to keeping the business running. 

What We Did

PCCC was engaged early for MPPR (Mitigation Project Planning & Review), helping design a clear, comprehensive scope that accounted for all affected buildings, not just the most visible damage. By stepping in early, we helped establish a more objective, defensible budget that reflected the full extent of the loss. 

Equally important, our team helped coordinate continued business operations with minimal interruption and controlled extra expenses, allowing the dealership to stay operational while pro commercial keeps repairs moving forward.
